CSC Services have many years experience in providing reactive outage work. These works come into effect when there is a planned shutdown of essential heavy plant, equipment or machinery in or on industrial plants (such as nuclear reactor refuelling shutdowns). These planned shutdowns open a window of opportunity to complete other essential/non-essential works while the main shutdown is in effect. Reactive outage work is common in the power industry.

CSC Services also provide a reactive outage work service to the water industry. This service is called upon when a leak or sample failure is detected. CSC services will then attend the site usually within 24-48 hrs. Once the problem has been identified CSC Services will work with the client to offer either a temporary fix in order to facilitate a quick return to service with full repairs scheduled for a later date or a full scheme of repairs and or coatings immediately.

CSC Services has performed these reactive works for many water and power companies in the UK over the past 15 years.

All of CSC Services personnel are well trained in the procedures for working in or on any UK water or waste water sites.

Our operatives all hold CSCS cards, EUSR Water Hygiene cards and City and Guilds Water Jetting certificates as a Minimum.
