We work in partnership with major water authorities and service providers such as Anglian Water, Nomenca and Severn Trent Water to protect vulnerable wastewater structures from contamination and chemical attacks due to raw sewage.
We have completed extensive projects over many years in areas such as concrete repair systems, coatings and structural refurbishment. Using a range of wastewater-approved products; our repair, refurbishment and maintenance services also cover aqueducts, bridges, chemical bunds, filter beds, grit separators, inlet works, pipes, screen channels and surge vessels. We are able to clean, repair, coat and seal a full range of tanks including water, storm, final settlement, reception, humus and primary settlement tanks.
Properly treated wastewater is essential to protect the environment and prevent disease. Many wastewater treatment plants suffer from the effects of hydrogen sulphide (H2S) that dissolves into the surface, forming sulphuric acid that attacks concrete and can have a detrimental effect on the lifespan of a structure. Wastewater concrete structures can suffer significant deterioration, cracks and leaks that compromise standards in the handling and storage of wastewater.
Our experienced team offer a range of services including surveys and inspections to determine the extent of deterioration, providing information on the current condition of the structure and recommendations for the repair and future protection services.
