CSC Services are registered installers of Sika and VIP GERMANY products. We have access to a variety of different paints or coating materials. We can also apply most products or paints specified on contracts by others.

Industrial painting services include various stages to ensure their correct and effective application.

Surface Preparation for Industrial Painting Services

As experienced contractors of industrial painting services, we will always begin our service with complete surface preparation, using our knowledge and experience in industrial shot blasting, grit blasting and high pressure water jetting.

Industrial Coatings

We specialise in a number of coatings within our industrial painting services, including epoxy resin coatings and flooring.  As expert industrial coatings contractors we can help you make the right choice.

Offsite Painting Work

Structures, pipes or equipment of up to 3m wide can be forklifted in and out of CSC Services’ specialist unit in the North East. This is a useful option when the structure to be painted is situated in a sensitive area. By taking structures offsite for refurbishment work, day to day operations can continue.

Our teams all have CSCS cards, EUSR Water cards, DOMS, Confined Space Certificates and are BSVR (Baseline Security Vetting Register) and CTC (counter terrorism check) vetted as a minimum. All operatives hold SSPC Train the Painter – Gold level accreditation which covers protective coating application, spray painting and abrasive blast cleaning.

Latest Projects

CSC Services have recently completed a job for client EDF Energy to repair and coat Ferrous Sulphate Tank Lids. The tank lids were transported from Hartlepool Power Station to the CSC Services work unit for the refurbishment work as part of a plant upgrade. Abrasive blasting equipment was used to remove failed coatings from the Ferrous Sulphate Tank Lids. A new marine grade GRP coating was applied, again to protect against salt and chloride attack. This consisted of a primer undercoat and top-coat. Two clear protection coats were applied before waxing and polishing to complete the job.
