Expansion Joint Repairs at Service Reservoir

We completed a refurbishment programme to a Service Reservoir for a water company in the UK including a series of expansion joint repairs.

THORO® FLEX 200 is a highly elastic pre-formed membrane for waterproofing over joints or cracks in water retaining structures, such as reservoirs where a high degree of movement is expected in both vertical and horizontal applications. THORO® FLEX 200 is a proven high-performance system. It is DWI approved for contact with potable water and can be applied in damp conditions for expansion joint repairs.

This product was specified for this work as it is DWI approved, resistant to UV light, ozone and a wide range of chemicals and suitable for horizontal and vertical joints/cracks.
