Since launching in 2002 we are proud to have served as specialist maintenance contractors to the power, water, infrastructure, public sector and marine industries, providing a broad range of structural repair and maintenance services, including concrete repair systems, concrete refurbishment, corrosion control and chemical and cementitious coatings.
We are experienced confined space contractors with many years of knowledge accumulated whilst working on UK water authority, Power and Nuclear Power Station contracts. We can also work with specialist third party entry/rescue teams to cover or support confined space works.

We remain open-minded and questioning with every client project and can contribute to the safety and effectiveness of methodology and process. Our approach of “partnership” working with our suppliers ensures we undertake relevant training and new product knowledge sharing. We also take a proactive role in communicating with manufacturers to ensure products are adapted and improved for the benefit of the industry.
We have the necessary permissions and experience to work across all of our industries, as well as a clear understanding of the processes and frameworks in which we are required to work for specialised areas such as power stations, water authorities, hospitals and universities. Our ISO 9001 certification underpins our dedication to Quality Assurance and each of our projects is undertaken with meticulous planning, method statements and detailed quality & safety records.
Our teams all have CSCS cards, EUSR Water cards, Confined Space Certificates and are BSVR (Baseline Security Vetting Register), Scottish Water DOMS card and CTC (counter terrorism check) vetted as a minimum. We are also members of the Concrete Repair Association.
Our specialist training includes: COSHH Awareness, Ultra High-Pressure Water Jetting, Abrasive Blasting and Airless Spray Painting, SSPC Train the Painter – Gold level accreditation. Essential qualifications for teams and contractors in concrete repair systems and asset maintenance.
At CSC Services, all of our operatives undertake regular training on the repair and protection of reinforced Concrete Structures in accordance with BSEN1504, approved by the Institute of Concrete Technology. In addition to our ISO 9001 certification, we also hold ISO 14001 certification for our Environmental Management System (EMS) and Gold-level Constructionline membership, reflecting our competency and credibility in our service offering.
Training and Health and Safety:
We work consistently within our ISO framework, focusing heavily on a risk-aware approach with continuous assessment of risks and method statements. We are proud of our working practices and policies in this respect.
